 What is Noddfa Nos?

Noddfa Nos is Cwpan’s dark, nostalgic spiced syrup taken one step further — gently infused with valerian root, fresh Cascade hops and dried chamomile.

It keeps everything people love about Cwpan (the warm, comforting flavour of a Welsh kitchen) and adds a quiet herbal depth that makes it perfect for the end of the day.

How to use it

Stir a small amount into warm milk in the evening, or into a milky night-time tea.  
Some people simply prefer a few pumps on the tongue.

The same rich, spiced base you already know, now with the gentle herbal notes of valerian, hops and chamomile.

What’s in Noddfa Nos?

Everything that goes into Cwpan, plus:  

Valerian root
Fresh Cascade hops
Dried chamomile

Still made with the same real ingredients: muscovado sugar, sultanas, blackstrap molasses, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves, mixed spice and nutmeg.  
Still no preservatives, no artificial flavours, no E-numbers, no shortcuts.

A little goes a long way. One bottle is enough for many quiet evenings.
