Muscovado Sugar — rich, unrefined, with deep caramel and molasses notes. The backbone of its warmth.
Sultanas — soaked and steeped, giving a natural fruity sweetness that refined sugar alone can't match.
Blackstrap Molasses — the darkest, most mineral-rich kind. Adds depth and a slight bitter earthiness that stops it being simply sweet.
